Highly recommended for the following reasons:(1) From the time of initial phone call to receiving appointment to see a cardic nurse, and a consultant was just over 24 hours.(2) Professional, confident and caring nature all members of staff we interacted with at Heartsure (Tom Hastings and Simon Pearse).(3) All questions were answered at a level that was appropriate for our understanding - did not feel overwhelmed with detail or that we were being spoken down to.(4) The clinic just felt right, not like a cold impersonal hospital.

Heart problems are very scary but Heartsure have made me feel safe, cared for and they have reassured me when I’ve felt at my most vulnerable. I can’t thank them enough.

My husband was recommended to speak to Heartsure following mitral valve surgery in Jan 2022. What we have found as a family is that whilst the hospital care was excellent, after you are discharged the post-operative follow up and rehab was slow to non-existent, which can add stress at an already stressful time because you really feel you are on your own. Heartsure have filled this space by providing an exceptional service, co-ordinating a professional rehab regime and diagnostic service. But most useful of all, they give you the time and space to talk about your concerns, however trivial they may seem, with industry professionals who know what impact heart conditions can have on the individual and their family. For this alone I could not recommend them highly enough.

Heartsure is an exceptional clinic and 5 stars simply doesn’t seem adequate.There are not enough words to express my gratitude to Heartsure. During the past year I’ve had the benefit of several of the services they provide and my experience throughout has been perfect.The clinic’s facilities are excellent and offer everything from rehab training in a well equipped, modern gym through to first rate diagnostic services including blood tests, echocardiograms, CT angiograms, ECGs, exercise tests, 24h echos - all of which I have experienced with Heartsure and each of those experiences has been flawless.However, the most impressive thing about Heartsure is the people who work there. Not only are they extremely expert, but they clearly care so much about the work they do and the people they help. They look after you incredibly well and with a level of dedication and personal investment that is rare. They’re always available, endlessly supportive and truly empathise with what a patient is going through. Separately, I’ve been massively helped by the close working relationships that the Heartsure team has with other medical professionals, which has meant that any necessary treatment and referrals have happened incredibly swiftly and with no hassle, which has reduced my stress and worry so very much.It’s no exaggeration to say that I owe my life to Heartsure. For that, I will always be incredibly grateful and I could not recommend them highly enough.
