ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL AGENCY!Phone them about house to book a viewing and been told that landlord is fixings something and as soon as it's done they will book viewing for me, no phone call back and just seen house has been rented to somebody else...This is the second time it happened to me with this agency.They saying they will phone you back to book a viewing and then the property is go.

Bought a gorgeous property through Complete (Esther Moulding) back in 2020. Esther was fantastic! Couldn't recommend her and Complete more highly. It's been more than two years and I am still singing her praises. I have also recommended Complete (and Esther) to a friend who is looking to buy in the area.

We'd rented a house through Complete for seven years, they did their best and I'd never had issues with them. Everything was straightforward and they answer the phone when you need them. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience renting a house with Complete Lettings. Met Chloe and Gareth, both were always nice and helpful.

Recently moved into one of their advertised apartments. Amazing service. I had a tight schedule to maintain due to work but Chloe one of their negotiators was willing to help. She managed to arrange a viewing for me the following day after my enquiry and helped me start my referencing application the same day. Throughout the process she answered all of my emails within a couple of hours, I never had to wait more than a day for a response. Absolutely amazing service!

Absolutely unprofessional, poor customer service. Friday Week ago I call to book viewing, agency confirmed 14:15 today, 11:00 on viewing day they called me to inform that viewing is available 12;45, I did told that it’s short notice and my partner will do viewing at 14:15 as she had email and txt message with viewing confirmation. When my partner arrived she wait 30 minutes nobody came, and nobody bother to even contact her. When she called agency they told her that I did change viewing hour. Poor communication, poor customer service.

Recently had a very bad experience with this state agent. The receptionist on their site was unapologetic and unhelpful. Had booked an appointment for viewing and called prior as i was delayed for the appointment due to roadworks on the way. The receptionist said she would confirm if it can happen or not. There was no call back from her end and she instead left a voicemail which no one can listen while driving. The owner called and similarly was very rude and unhelpful. The people contacting state agents are probably looking for their next dream house so you would expect them to be kind and considerate and welcoming. Having a bad experience left us with no going ahead with this state agent.

Absolutely amazing service from Complete Lettings in Rugby. Gareth Morris couldn't have been more helpful. He made renting a house very easy and stress free. I would definitely recommend him and Complete letting for any one looking for a reliable estate agent.

From taking us to view the house, through a 4.5 year tenancy, to sadly parting company because our new house is let by a different agency, Complete have been wonderful. We have mainly dealt with Gareth and Deb and they’ve both been really friendly and professional during inspections. I will genuinely miss them and I wouldn’t hesitate to rent through them again or recommend them to others.

We bought a house through Complete Estate Agents and would highly recommend them!We worked with Steven who was exemplary and went beyond his way to make sure the house sale was completed on time.We had an absolute nightmare buying process where the Seller, and solicitors on both sides just kept blaming each other due to which we almost pulled out of the sale but once we requested Steven to help us out in this deadlock situation, he ensured all all parties were communicating with each other, even helping out with some tricky planning/council documents and actually did a much better job than the Solicitors who were paid to do all this work. If it were not for him, we would not have bought the property!Throughout the process, we were kept aware of any updates, re-viewings were arranged when requested and all queries answered promptly.We will not hesitate to work with Steven again and can assure anyone they are in the right hands if he's handling your case. 5 stars to Steven/Complete Estate Agents.
