Some attractive gifts, but a bit expensive and the staff were quite patronising in the way they addresses customers as well as not treating male customers with the same level of respect as female customers. They called a female customer young lady"

Well ? We only leave great reviews for great people on Google ........we met the two owners on Saturday 21 May 2022 , they were engaging , funny and a little bit cheeky ......my daughter" and I didn't' t buy anything this time around as we had just bought home aromatics from a wee local business in Scotland two days before but the aromatics in this wee exotic emporium on Bridge Street were hand chosen and stunningly well merchandised by these two cheeky chappies ......but we will be back as promised

While visiting Berwick upon tweed with the wife we called at a shop called Derrants. The shop was immaculate and well laid out with the government guidelines to social distancing. The staff were very helpful and friendly as well as polite.,needless to say I would recommend a visit if you ever visit Berwick . Thanks Sandra and Allan Graham.

Visited today. Wow what a lovely establishment and very charming, friendly, welcoming owners. Beautiful,individual,quirky things, reasonably priced. Loved it. Wish I was more local or could order online. Will be returning before we leave on Friday.

We visited a busy Durrants in early November '21 on our first visit to B-o-T. a friendly and angaging shop where we purchased just two items. The Christmas wreath provided excellent decoration for our front door. The second item, a perfume atomiser (?) was the subject of some wonderful after sales service, far beyond what we expected! Thank you.

Bought a scarf this morning for a friend's 90th birthday, the service I received was wonderful and so unexpected, the gentleman even gift wrapped for me. The shop is beautifully displayed, I can certainly recommend it.

Lovely shop selling gorgeous range of home accessories. Staff very friendly ,funny and helpful. Bought a grey artificial candle for my bathroom but could have spent so much more . Will definitely be back when next in town
