The initial customer service was good and we were kept informed of the delay in shipping our goods. They also did their best with the delivery company to ensure that the goods arrived by our required date. Unfortunately their after service care is not as good. We are still awaiting resolution regarding the replacement of one sub standard part.

Slightly longer delivery than quoted but that aside i ordered the Cheltenham 8seater sofa with fire pit. It also came with a free egg chair. Superb quality, the seats are huge, you could seat 10 people easily.Very impressed.Something that was reassuring was that whenever I rang up chasing the delivery date if not answered they always returned my call.If the delivery was on time would definitely have given 5 stars.

I think one star is too generous! We ordered on the 8th July, in good time for a garden party on the 19th August. Delivery due around 25th July. Then it changed and was due between 14th-19th August. This was getting too late as we were away for a few days before the party. We tried ringing to get an update early August to find out they were no longer take calls. They direct you to use the chat option on the website, that doesn’t always appear. So we emailed for an update. They said it would be with us by the 19th August, which was going to be too late. So we gave notice to cancel the order. It took various emails to get them to acknowledge the cancellation. They tried offering £50 discount. They sent emails saying the delivery would be 26th August, even though we had already cancelled. They eventually said that there would be a £60 cancellation fee, even though they hadn’t stuck to the original agreement. We have finally had to chargeback the cost through the credit card company. UPDATE - We never received the money back from Rattan Hut. Lucky it was paid on credit card in the end.It is disgusting that customers spending thousands of pounds can be treated with such disregard.They put fake reviews on Trustpilot to hide the fact they are a scam company.Check the legitimacy of this company yourself before ordering, try ringing the number, check if the chat button works, search Companies House to see that the company is registered at an address in London and is owned by a 20 year old called Ali Osmani, check the reviews on the website versus the reviews on Trustpilot.Save yourself the grief that all those other customers are having to go through.We ended up buying from our local garden centre who delivered within 48 hours. This is the level of customer service that we deserved, not this poor excuse of a company who are taking money and not delivering when agreed. Lesson learnt for us, sadly!

Furniture is lovely , however the customer service and delivery timescale is shocking ! No response from customer service when the order was delayed 9 weeks but you are only told after the money was already taken., it’s not cheap and not want you would expect from a decent company. I also noticed the trust pilot reviews are not verified. I will not recommend this company

Lovely furniture but terrible customer service!I placed an order in early May and I still haven't received everything. Without any updates the furniture and egg chair were delivered in two separate orders. I'm still waiting the cover for my furniture, which is now outside with no protection. Despite saying it was in stock at the point of ordering, Ive been promised multiple dispatch dates, told my query has been passed on to the warehouse team and they will update me however I'm still waiting. Its been over 11 weeks since I placed the order which is appalling!Edit 7/8 Taken legal action via the government website to get my money back for the cover they have never delivered. Received an email today saying they couldn't serve the document at the address stated on their website and Google. Hoping I actually get my money back!Update 16/8 Rattan Hut failed to respond to my claim to refund my money. This has now been escalated to a county court judgement.

Stay away from this company at all costs!!! Poor quality furniture. I'm still locked in a dispute from February about my firepit table that doesn't work!!! I have sent numerous emails and have not had any reply back!! And now you can't call them only Live Chat with them....but this option doesn't work so you are only left with emailing!! Shockingly bad customer service!! Bunch of cowboys!! Please save your hard earned cash and go to a reputable company!!

Placed our order and had to wait longer than we were initially told. I then started reading the reviews and got nervous because there were a few negatives about not receiving the set we had ordered. But we did receive it albeit later than initially advised and it’s a really lovely set. Arrived extremely well packaged and we love it, it’s very well made. The communication we had was good. Our emails were answered, and when we called, we had to leave messages but we did always get a call back.

Very happy with my purchase. The set is great quality and looks amazing. My delivery was sooner than expected and customer service was great. I definitely recommend it.

I have given 4 stars as there was a delay twice but had to chase for an update. I read reviews about the purchase being a scam etc so was concerned. That said - when I did ring I always got a callback. I have been in the same position of goods not arriving into the business on time so totally understand - you just need to let your customers know. The furniture it brilliant and very comfortable and well worth the wait - I looked around quite a bit at other garden furniture and none measured up - unless you are paying an exorbitant price. I would definitely recommend the furniture and would add just be patient - you will be glad you were!

Love the quality of our garden furniture, we were mostly kept informed about delivery. The weatherproof covers we subsequently ordered took a while to get to us despite the website saying they were stock items. We did get someone apologise and say a new order was in transit from their supplier. So, at least we were not completely in the dark.
