I had a zero star experience with buying a Karcher floor cleaner online direct from their website. Karcher Center Newcastle almost the opposite. The key difference being they actually seemed to give a stuff! Yes at the end of it all I got a good resolution but it wasn’t just that. Simply put I didn’t feel like an inconvenience to them. Thanks all!

I popped in today having broken a K2 Jet Washer over the weekend, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I can't remember the guys name but he sorted me a replacement K2 and I also purchased a K3 as the original one was borrowed!!! Great service and buying experience.
