B.P Piano Tuning & Repairs

My wife is a music teacher and wanted her piano tuning as a Christmas present. Not very exciting present I thought but hey. Being a bloke I just Googled Piano Tuners and found B.P Piano Tuning in our area. I spoke to Paul and we agreed a time and date.Nice guy, punctual and efficient. Paul tuned our piano today and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He was friendly, professional and did an excellent job. He came masked up (as is the Covid tradition) and even put shoe covers on as he came into the house. He stayed quite a while and did an excellent job of bringing the piano up to tune at a very reasonable price. He even offered up interesting views on the condition of the piano, which we only bought second (or third or forth) hand recently.Highly recommended!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I'm blown away. My piano had been neglected for 40 years or so. Many of the notes were sticking or had stopped working, the pedals squeaked and it couldn't be played quietly. I had more or less given up on it but contacted Paul for advice and to see what he could do. What he has actually done is given the piano a complete new lease of life. It plays so beautifully it nearly had us in tears. Not only that but Paul was so nice to deal with, down to earth, practical and dedicated to his work. Amazing.
