Karen is honestly a blessing in disguise. Her experience speaks for itself and any task I need done is done to the highest standard. It's just a shame Karen has other clients because we would love to bring her on in-house. In the mean time we will continue to use Karen's services for tasks that we feel need that touch of expertise/ experience from someone who's been doing this for more than 30+ years! Working with Karen is always a positive experience. She brings her previous commercial experience and delivers to those same levels and more. I know that whatever I ask her to do, will be taken care of and I don't need to worry about it any more, freeing me to get on with other tasks. It’s a real all round service that can help make life easier in every sense.(Below is additional feedback regarding further dealings with KLDVPA 27/3/18)KLDVPA organised our gas line install and the install of all plumbing works required in each of our residences. Karen arranged all the appointments, access, and communication with the council, tradesmen, and gas line specialists at British Gas who all shared the same sentiments regarding Karen’s professional, polite and highly efficient approach to the project. The project itself ran for two weeks, completing a week earlier than promised and over-delivering in true KLDVPA fashion. Karen worked tirelessly to ensure everything ran smoothly and even resolved an issue that arose through no fault of her own. The council decided they would change their mind in regards to the length of time we could operate in the area on the day of the gas works commencing, Karen campaigned alongside the gas line operators to ensure that this issue did not interfere with our ability to complete the works and the works went right ahead as planned. Saving us £1000.00 in total in labour costs and a week ETA.

KLD Virtual PA helped me out when I needed their services the most. Their service was impeccable and very efficient. Karen was extremely friendly, helpful and professional. I was very impressed and will certainly be using KLD again.
