Ordered my new fencing materials from Barnard Fencing after wind damage caused my old fence to blow down. After speaking to Trevor on their reception counter he recommended a fitter and they were able to supply quality fencing materials exactly when I needed them. The price was very competitive compared to builders merchants I visited. Very well stocked yard with plenty of samples to view before I chose what I wanted. Can't thank you enough. My new fence looks lovely.

Firstly I would not even give this company 1 star. I strongly recommend that nobody contacts this company for their service and I will explain why.Before this company came, we had wood fencing for nearly 30 years that not once needed to be repaired. The reason we decided to change the wood fencing was because our next door neighbour changed theirs on one side, and we decided to change the other 2 sides so it would look even.In June 2017 this company changed all of our wood fencing. Shortly after, we had problems with some of the fences which were loose. We contacted them and they were VERY UNPLEASANT and not nice on the phone. They forgot completely the guarantee of the work and did not want to hear about it.Since then I have nearly changed all of the posts and fences as they kept falling down. The new company explained that the reason for this is that they used untreated wood posts and used one third of the cement around each post to secure that. The result of Barnard Fencings actions are that I have had to change more than half of the posts already plus the fences as well, as they simply rot and fall.They also used nails instead of screws. I lost time and money and made me furious as paying such a high invoice lead to having to spend even more money to fix their rubbish service. Don't be impressed by their initial professionalism as I was and be assured that all of your money will go to waste.In response to the owner's reply:You mentioned that you questioned the validity of this review as you ceased fitting fences, but this is clearly not true, as I still have the invoice which was signed by Jonathan Holt in 2017. I have also checked the address which is correct. There are numerous reviews by other customers also stating the TERRIBLE AND DISRESPECTFUL ATTITUDE towards them, which you unfortunately still have by questioning the accuracy and validity of my review.I will contact your office but I do not think you care to resolve the issue.

Second time I've used Barnard Fencing. This time didn't need to shop around, knew what I wanted, went to their site and was served by a pleasant saleswoman who advised me and arranged a trade discount as it was my second large order. Delivered a couple of days later by their own delivery staff, who were careful and obliging with where they stacked it.Great Quality, panels, gravel boards and posts.Will use them again.

Lee Richard Craig and Blake worked in my garden back and front replacing my fence and gates for two weeks. Plus doing other jobs. They are an amazing group of people and i am very pleased with what they have done. Nothing was too much trouble and any problems they dealt with easily. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you.

Placed a large order for DuraPost Anthracite Grey fencing including a gate in late summer. The customer service was perfect with support on the products needed to complete my job and advice on the accessories also required such as additional screws and matching spray paint to cover a concrete post already in situe. I was kept up to date with stock availability, they were very competitively priced and delivered to me dispite being out of their usual area. They delivered on the date required. I would definitely recommend and would use again.

Vast selection of items in stock. Very friendly and knowledgeable business, used these for many years for my fencing supplies.
