The doughnut was great, the iced coffee was average but the customer service was dreadful. Went in and ordered around 8:15pm only to be kicked out at 8:30pm 'because we're closing the seating area for cleaning' even though they accept orders up till 9pm. So rude.

Second time visiting, seems soulless. Waiting for two donuts and was waiting for ages whilst others were served their coffees. Having to ask for our order with very little service doesn't set us up for another visit. Oh and first visit there were no donuts. In a dunking donuts???

First experience was average.They didn't have many doughnuts left when we visited so we had to substitute one we ordered from the machine. Coffee was too coffee-y for me, but my partner liked it. Doughnuts were kinda bland. Would honestly rather have a Krispy Kreme.

Best donuts around!! Drinks were pretty okay but if you get anything with different flavours its more like a hint of rather than the flavour. When we visited the place was quite messy/ sticky, but would definitely go again to pick up and go

always really quiet whenever i go in, so your order gets made pretty quickly so you’re not standing around waiting for ages. the doughnuts are nice and they have a great selection of drinks, especially the pumpkin spice latte! probably one of the best i’ve tried :)

Wouldn’t even rate it a 1!!Came in today 13/12/2023 to get a croissant and a hot chocolate— hot chocolate was nice but can NOT say the same for the croissant.. when he got it out to put in the bag, loads of flies was sat on top of them!!!Absolutely disgusting!!!!!!

Lovely and clean cafe with a delightful staff member serving us. Four of us took advantage of the combo offer- drink and donut/pastry for £2.50. Cinnamon pastry was fresh, crispy and delicious. I had a latte coffee to go with it, really good flavour! Great start to the day!
