Good varied market food stalls selling from Thai food to baked potatoes, it is fairly small but plenty of variety of goods placed alongside the long established indoor market

Very nice market this has a bit of everything. Got a couple of plants cheap and visited the indoor market to. The man who sells the olives garlic and dried tomatoes in oil. He's well worth a visit there delicious I don't eat olives but hubby does I had the garlic and tomato's. He also sells baklava cake and other tasty treats such as Turkish delight. I got strawberry my son had the same yum it's very good. We visit the market everytime were down that way to see my son and his partner. Have a look give yourself plenty of time there are lots of shops hidden down the side roads. Have a walk to the cathedral it's very impressive I like to look at the gargoyle's always been fascinated by the different ones. Make a day of it plenty of places in the market and surrounding for food and drink. I love coffee 1 there's is ok but make sure you state your order loudly as they often get it wrong. All in all a good day out for a look around an old town with some interesting things to see and do.

Always a good to see the market. Lots to choose from and a lot of different things and not all the same products.Just a note to the organisers food and hygiene needs looking at, one stall today was on the worse I have seen.
