Murray was punctual, professional and friendly throughout, he went above and beyond by explaining how the Nest app works and how to do certain tasks. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for someone to install any Google products. We will definitely use again in the future.

Whilst we didn’t use Murray’s services to install anything as we did some research on the products themselves and decided they weren’t suitable at this time, Murray was incredibly quick to respond, to give me a quote and was helpful and patient over the phone. Clearly a guy who knows what he is doing when it comes to smart home tech installation.

Pity Google does not allow more than a 5 star review as Murray is absolutely fantastic and extremely patient.Before going ahead with the purchase of the nest thermostats (we needed 2) Murray spent a lot of time before hand walking me through what would be needed and was happy to pop round and discuss our requirements.His work is beyond A+ and very very professionally done. On arrival he found that the previous timer had been wired in badly which made his job harder as he had to sort that out before installing our Nests. However, Murray tackled the task with absolute professionalism.If you are looking for a top class job from a fantastically friendly and professional person and company, I would 1000% recommend Murray and A Connected Home!

If you're thinking of contacting Murray don't hesitate, just do it!He installed our complicated arrangement of 7 Nest thermostats 5 years ago and did a fantastic job. He clearly takes great care in his work, and is a pleasure to have in the house.My reason for leaving another 5 star review now is that we are considering changing our heating system, and I contacted Murray for his advice regarding how the thermostats would need to be adjusted if we proceeded. He responded very promptly with detailed advice. If we do go ahead with the change we will definitely be asking Murray back to make the necessary adjustments, and no doubt will be leaving yet another 5 star review!

This is the second time I’ve used Murray at A Connected Home and both times he has been fantastic I couldn’t fault him at all. Murray took the time to talk me through all the settings on my Nest device as well. I would definitely use him again.

Murray turned up on time and immediately started diagnosing the fault. As a former engineer myself I had spent months trying to work out what the problem might be, to no avail.He went through my heating control system and finally deduced that the installer had wired up a valve incorrectly. Once rectified the system now operates as designed.Very pleased, am now able to relax and stop being obsessed with my previously troublesome heating system!Highly recommended.
