I rate specsavers.After experiencing alarming vision changes, they quizzed me, set a prompt eye appointment, checked me thoroughly, set my mind at rest and then told me it was all free. Never needed to go near the GP surgery.

Went hear 8/10/23 for a annual eye test, and while I may have been dressed slightly unorthodoxly, I was treated very good by all. The only downside to my visit was the temperature the air conditioning was set to, especially in the waiting area, made me shiver and move to another seat away from the aircon outlets

I'm writing this review on behalf of my elderly relative who asked me to do it on her behalf.She visited the Bingley store and was helped by a wonderful, polite young man called Luke, she can't praise him enough, nothing was too much trouble, he assisted her with her eye test and made the whole experience joyful which she doesn't find in many places these days, he was outstanding in every way, a true professional who showed kindness and patience. Thank you for making her day and please pass this review on to him, a credit to the store.

Had my first eye test for two years. Staff were polite and helpful from the moment I went in. They were knowledgeable, listened to me, explained the options, didn't go for the hard sell, and respected my decisions. Made me feel like a valuedcustomer. Great branch, nothing to criticise, and I'll be going back there for my next test.
