Simply put, brilliant. It's so nice to get a swift diagnosis and solution. My laptop was ready within 4 hours and is running so much better now. In fact, i am now talking with the guys about installing an SSD in the same machine as apparently it's got years of life left in it. Transparent costing and very efficient service. Thank you.
