First time I have used Lexus Preston after relocating from Cheshire and I was very impressed.Excellent welcome from Roy the host and great responce from Phil on the Service desk.This is the third Lexus dealer I have used and by far the most welcoming and attentive.Will certainly be booking my next service here.

It all started so well and in my initial visit I experienced that “legendary” Lexus customer service. In fact it went well until we discussed finance figures, where Lexus offered me £2000 less than Mazda, bmw and Volvo offered me for my car. That’s £100 a month more than the others for the car.Now that’s not the reason for the 1 star review, sometimes finance doesn’t work out. The reason was the attitude shown. Had they asked what I was willing to pay, they’d have discovered I was willing to pay £40-50 more than the others as I liked the Lexus. Instead they made two mistakes:-1. They undervalued my car and produced some paper to support their case. The issue is the paper said for a car in average condition. Considering they said my car was immaculate they tried to low ball me.2. They spent time bad mouthing the other cars and manufacturers instead of determining what I was willing to pay, in an effort to justify their ludicrous valuation. That’s the Audi attitude and the reason I wouldn’t buy an Audi.In the end I walked away from a car I liked that I was willing to pay more for due to the attitude shown in the sales room. I’ll be putting down a deposit today for one of the other cars where the sales people showed more interest in serving a customer rather than bad mouthing a rival.

Not only are Lexus top quality in terms of vehicles but so are the staff at the Preston showroom. A longer than expected (due to production) delay has blossomed into the provision of a superb car. The support and service provided by Klaudia and previously James is second to non. The handover process has been a pleasure and very informative. Both they and their colleagues have been approachable, knowledgeable and friendly, making the process of car buying a pleasure.

Recently bought a non franchised car from Lexus Preston of a Mazda CX-5 GT Sport Diesel and I was overwhelmed buy the way the process was completed.The formalities were dealt with so quickly from the trading in my Lexus NX Premier to picking up the the Mazda it was an absolute pleasure to the smallest of details. Such as the packaging for the keys and their spotless presentation to the facilities for coffee and snacks to the full attention from the sales executive Klaudia Kalduneck so professional and a great personality.All the staff were very pleasant and being thanked by the branch manager was a nice touch.Her communication was very thorough giving explanation all the way, she even came in on her day off to finalise the paperwork.Wow what dedication.My car was presented to me in absolute immaculate condition and I’m a car Detailer so I don’t say that lightly.I traveled 3.5 hours to get my car and would happily do it again for my next car Lexus or otherwise.Highly highly recommended dealership.Thank you Klaudia.

This was our first experience dealing with the Lexus and it certainly won’t be the last. The service from the team in Preston has been first class, and on a different level to previous experiences when buying a car from other dealers/brands. Our main point of contact was Paula Doolin, always helpful and never too busy to answer any questions, we can’t speak too highly of her. Special mention also to Roy (a fellow vintage Mazda MX 5 owner) always there with a friendly face on reception and James the manager who also took time out to greet us. We liked that the service does not end with selling the car. There is an offer of a second orienteering guide around all the features of our new NX350h once we are settled into driving the car. Truly exceptional service, thank you to all the team.

As soon we stepped in the dealership a pleasant person Mr Andrew Hoods welcomed us with smile and offered us drinks and snacks and he left drinks in our new car as well. Mr Andrew's customer service was top of the range. Car was beautifully valeted and serviced before handing over to us.They have best finance options. I would Recommend Lexus Preston because of their good price good quality of cars and best customer services.
