I've had my nails done here before and can't fault them, but got my eyebrows done here today and asked like 5 times for blonde tint, and specifically said that I want a very subtle tint - ended up walking out with black eyebrows - going on holiday in a few days and I'm gutted at the mess she has made of then. She assured me she was using blonde tint but it clearly wasn't.
