Unbelievable vale for money and quality parts. The service puts big corporate companies to shame it really does. Not only have I saved good money at a time when money really matters but I got a five star personal service that I'm over the bloody moon with. Seriously worth traveling the 25 miles I do whenever I need to. It's my first port of call, they're great and I highly recommend them to everyone and anyone.

Absolutely fantastic bunch lads lot of places see clueless woman pull up have your eyes out not these lads had screw in tyre fixed it for £7 instead of £68 for new tyre in and out in 10 min highly recommend especially to the lady drivers well done lads

I had my rear tyres replaced here and when I asked they said they would not balance rear tyres on cars as they are only “trailing” wheels. This is totally wrong as all wheels need balancing unless you work on a horse cart…I left it but as I was driving my car around town it had lots of vibration, so when I stopped at home and checked the wheel I saw one of the wheel nuts was gone! I checked all the nuts after that and pretty much all of them needed torquing up.I went to ATS in Wallsend after this to get the wheels balanced, and the wheel that had a lost nut was out of balance by a total of 90 grams!!!5 to 10 you can get away with some claim.I did not like that they did not balance the wheels and they misinform people, but sending me off with loose nuts and only not losing a wheel by chance when I drive my kids around, that’s unacceptable.Guess comes no surprise that I will not come back to here again.

Thought I had a slow puncture and going on holiday next day. Your big garages couldn't fit me in until a week later. Stepney Tyres recommended and so pleased I went. Was seen straight away. Top service. Thank you so much. Definitely be back :)

I’m a Newcastle taxi driver and on my first job heard an awful screeching sound from my cab. I went to Stepney Tyres for them opening and explained my situation. The manager told me they were fully booked but if I left it they’d have a look (even offering me a lift home!). An hour and a half later I was back on the road, a calliper had jammed and I needed new pads. Excellent, friendly, efficient service, can’t recommend this company enough.Cheers all Kev 5 star taxis

Excellent service! I went in this afternoon with a badly worn tire, the gent that served me changed my tire in less then 10 minutes and had me back on the road.
