Happen to visit this place for a family festive celebration. Very nice and clean place. Excellent for small birthday party. I am not sure if its only available to book for local residents. Only observation is limited on-street parking so if you are not careful you may wndup blocking residents driveway.

Just wanted to thank the Garden Village Association for hosting a wonderful party for our 1 year old girl a couple of weeks ago. It was the perfect space for it, very clean and well equipped. We all had a blast and shall look to book it again in the future!
