I just wanted to say how amazing the staff are in KFC uplands . They are always friendly and helpful . The food is great and the shop is always clean. The manager is very helpful! Big shout out to James who always goes above and beyond with the customer service . Highly recommended

I ordered burger meal. The chicken breast is still cold inside. And the staff missed a pack of chips. I wouldn't be here anymore. Staff is so rude. Food is disgusting.

Best KF C in Wales and I've seen a few. Staff superb and can't get get enough in the bonus bucket for me. Fantastic every time I go there even when I've had a few in the Uplands Tav. Food is to die for never had a bad chicken there. Wife loves the gravy .... superb.

Chicken is good but the staff are rude & the manager doesn’t listen to the customer. He makes out that you are lying about orders and offers change between which staff member you talk to.

I paid a high amount of money but it has been 2 hours and I still haven’t got my order yet. I called them loads of times but they didn’t pick up. I also called the Delivery Service but they said nothing. Very Very Very disappointing. Don’t order for here.

Very much disappointed with the customer service they provide. The manager and other staffs were so rude. So unhappy and this happened many times. When it comes to food also , fries are soaky. When i asked them to replace it with new one , they said that they can't do that. Worst experience ever.

Disheartening Experience with a Rude Manager at KFCI recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at this KFC branch, and it pains me to have to share this review. It was not just a matter of poor service; it was a deeply unpleasant encounter with a manager who seemed to believe he could treat customers however he pleased.During my visit, I had the misfortune of crossing paths with a manager who displayed an astonishing lack of professionalism and respect. When I expressed my concerns about an issue with my order, he responded with condescension and rudeness. What was truly shocking, however, was when he brazenly declared that he could talk to me any way he chooses" because he claimed to know the owner.This statement left me feeling disrespected
