what a lovely guy, called him up about some issues i was having with my pc and he very happily spoke to me for the better part of an hour about likely causes and potential fixes, ultimately he advised me on what to do over the phone and explained everything to me in layman’s terms, he’s an extremely knowledgeable gentleman and a very pleasant guy to talk to10/10

I brought my 'old' (>5yrs) desktop pc to Mark as it was frustratingly slow - at starting up, browsing, doing anything. Rather than buying a new one I wanted to see if there was a more sustainable solution. Mark took it apart, cleaned it, ran some serious tests, installed a new SSD, some more memory and it runs like a rocket. Very pleased with the result!

Excellent service. I called to book in a repair in a NAS (network attached storage) device, but was provide some excellent advise to try out prior to booking in. The advise worked, got the device working without much effort. I will deffinatly use them again. Big thank you for the help.
