Will did an excellent job on an outer wall for my elderly mum. He kept me informed throughout even sending a video and photo of work in progress. He kept to estimates of time and cost. Very friendly and clear communication. We were very pleased.

Ilkley Brickworks were recommended to me by a building consultant, friend who has had no involvement in the project and has not benefitted in any way through my contact with the company.My initial contact with Mr Gadd of Ilkley Brickworks was a very clear , constructive and supportive conversation where he explained the whole process, from initial survey, method of rectification of the problem and potential costing .We met on site promptly for the initial survey and Mr Gadds explanation was clear, and easy for me to understand. He gave me a timescale From survey to Helifix approval for the proposed work including a site visit from a consultant engineer. and then sent me written cost details and we agreed a start date.the site work was undertaken in a tidy efficient, and safe manner and it was left in a clean As was" condition. I would highly recommend Will for any brickwork repairs. We were selling a property that needed a repair following slight movement.
