Five Star Wash
Took 1 hour 30 mins for a £10 wash, quee took ages. Very slow. Staff spend more time shouting and chatting to each other. No organisation. Wash was pretty bad as well lots of water marks on glass.

This is without doubt, the finest Car wash. The products they use are 1st class. £10 MIGHT SEEM A BIT HEAVY" but l can only say that l thought it was well worth it

I had my car washed today and was told exactly what to pay and what to expect. The staff seems really good. A few missed spots but I can’t really fault them I wouldn’t have brought the car to a wash area if I can do better lol. Thanks guys! My Mini Countryman is nice and clean again yes!

Came to get the £25 valet which I get a couple times a year. Was told due to dog hair I would be charged an extra £10... There was barely any dog hair - it was more the outside of the car I'd wanted doing but thought I'd get inside done to. Went down the road and got the job done for £16 instead. No issue of any dog hair. Won't be back again, I'll go somewhere that doesn't try and rip me off.

A good and efficient car wash, will definitely be visiting the next time I have to deliver a customer vehicle in Liverpool.Price and service that you'll struggle to beat.Great work lads

Drove in to an empty forecourt to have my van washed.I was told sorry we don't wash large vans anymore and turned away.There place was empty which is unusual, no queue, thought it was an ideal time, that's what prompted me.Can't understand why owners would prefer to pay staff to stand around than to wash a vehicle.I drove to a nearby jetwash and did the job myself for £3 instead of £10 a time, and have been doing so from that moment on.

Previously happy when been there once or twice. .But turned up after website said no appointment needed. Asked for a full valet £70 and they said no drivers so couldn't leave it, come back 130pm next day and won't be a problem. Explained I was selling car.Turned up next day, earlier to allow plenty of extra time, and they said no driver, can't do it sorry... Left me stuck with car going on auto trader that evening for the weekend...

Unfriendly and arrogant staff. They scratched my car with and when I showed them they said I had no way to prove it and if I could prove it they said I went there at my own risk and they would do nothing. If you care about your car, avoid this expensive and unprofessional place.

Called Friday afternoon to ask about bookings for valets, was told no need to book just get there Saturday morning at opening time 0830 and I'll be sorted out. After arriving and waiting for the place to open I was told 'The manager didn't feel like accepting people to do valets today'.
