I was able to buy what l wanted and take it home with me unlike my experience with an Internet Company; where l waited 3 weeks for a delivery and then had to chase them for a refund when the goods weren't forthcoming.

I write to complete my recent one star review of JP Corry’s, Derry.In that review I said I would give my final opinion of this company if and when they had responded to my request to reconsider how they had reacted to my disappointment with my experience at their store.I am delighted to report that they have come up trumps!JP Corry’s have responded within three working days and offered a full refund of a delivery charge which I considered excessive.A very pleasant lady from their head office rang me personally to make this very reasonable offer.Needless to say I am more than delighted and without hesitation have revised my rating to 5 stars.This company have shown that they listen to customers’ concerns and reacted very reasonably.WELL DONE. Rang about standard ear defenders which stated they where £4.99 included vat.was told by the person answering the phone that this was in fact wrong .they where £7.00 and that was that he was quite abruptly. I have used this place quite extensive in the past. And was disappointed by this telephone enquiry. If infection the price is incorrect on the Internet then change it please
