The Sofa Design Studio in Gt Dunmow provided a superb personalised service throughout. I was constantly updated regarding delivery and the quality of the sofa and fabric is fantastic. I will definitely be using them again!

It gives me great pleasure in writing a review of my experience in purchasing a new sofa for my snug. Throughout the process Matt was extremely helpful particularly in choosing the right filling for my sofa as well as providing me with fabric swatches. The paperwork was clear and concise as well as keeping me updated regarding the delivery. There was no pushiness or hard sell from Matt in fact it was the opposite he was warm and friendly. I look forward to making another purchase from The Sofa Design Studio in the new future.

From the moment I sent Matt I message I had full confidence in the sofa design studio, he offered to open out of hours if we couldn’t get there during their usual opening hours. When we visited, we met Louise who went above and beyond to help us find the perfect sofa for our new home. We spent a long time in the studio discussing our options and Louise suggested a colour I would never have gone for and we are over the moon with the outcome. After the studio visit we still weren’t 100% sure on the size we should go for so Louise did a home visit and helped us measure and decide the best option. She was so patient with us and came up with so many suggestions. The service from start to finish was faultless and we are so pleased we came to the sofa design studio! It’s the best service we’ve ever received from any company! Thank you again to Louise & Matt.

Matt and his team were amazing from start to finish. Always happy to help and answer any questions. They made the whole process painless. Deliver and installation was also very good. If you are looking to buy a new sofa this is the place to go. We love our new sofas, they are everything I expected. I would highly recommend.

Wonderful service from Matt. He gave such a personal experience, walking me and my husband through all the options, colours and fabrics and we just fell in love with the Cleo sofa straight away. Delivery was very professional, placed where we wanted it and all put together with care and packaging taken away. They even made sure all the cushions were placed nicely. Matt was a pleasure to deal with the whole way through and we are absolutely thrilled with our new sofa. It's just stunning. Couldn't be happier. Would definitely purchase from Matt again.

Our sofa was delivered this morning and we are so very happy with it! Matt immediately puts you at ease and makes the whole experience a pleasure.Prior to finding The Sofa Design Studio we had looked around the usual outlets and nothing was quite right.... Design, colour or size.Matt is so helpful making suggestions for the space, the type of sofa, finish and design options etc. There is no hard sell at all.One big plus of the small but stylish show area is that you see sofas in an appropriate space rather than a large open shop that minimises appearances. Sofa quality also much better than the 'big boys '.Colour choices is another benefit of Matt's range, very limited in the large stores but a huge range with Matt.The two guys that delivered the sofa couldn't have been nicer or more helpful too.We have paid a bit more than we had planned but totally worth it!

Couldn't be happier!After years of desperately searching for the perfect sofa (spending lots of money getting it wrong each and every time, people used to joke I was addicted to sofa shopping) we finally found Matt! He didn't blink an eye when I sat on each of his sofas exactly as I would do at home for twenty minutes, legs up, sitting up, laying down - hilarious! He patiently worked with us to understand our lifestyle and how we could get the perfect fit for us. He even opened up especially for us 2 days before Christmas so that we could make sure we were happy with our choice and go ahead and order it.Exactly on the date he estimated delivery it came. Delivered by two charming gents who installed and made sure we were happy (we were delighted!).A few days later Matt called to make sure everything was ok. Great service.It's taken me 4 weeks to make this review as I've been on the sofa relaxing so I had to force myself off it to get to the computer hahaha!!Honestly, Matt's service is second to none. The product is top quality. All promised were met and exceeded. I'm thinking my sofa obsession should now be replaced by Handbags!!Thank you Matt. We're super happy with everything.

Absolutely fantastic service from Matt. From the offset when I made a quick visit to the showroom, to the home visit and then the design plan, everything went brilliantly.
