Customer service at this branch is shocking! Other customers were being yelled at as well as many being ignored. I was waiting there for 20 minutes as I had an issue with the connectivity, not one staff member was willing to help. If you want high quality instant prints, go to boots next door, £0.48p per print, thank me later

I am really worried about the service of this place.I wanted a soft copy of a photo and my daughter gave her email.But she has misspelled it and email didn't come. When I requested them to resend to the correct mail, they refused stating that they don't have that facility in their system.I don't think that you have such a low quality system.Instead, they asked me to pay again and get a fresh one.I am really worried about your poor service.

Brilliant customer service by all the staff. I took some visa photos in a booth by the same company at a different location. Those photos were substandard & would fail my visa application. The ladies in the shop went over & beyond to get a refund & retook my photos within the same purchase. Happy days

Not satisfied with the quality of the photo.Not according to the standard.I told them, the ears must be visible. I thought that they are aware of the standards.Very sorry to say that photo was not up to the standard.When I told them, they wanted me to pay back and retake another.It is true that they show it before it is printed, but the people who go there are laymen.

Came to the darlaston Asda max spielman as we needed some charity items laminated, Kaz was absolutely brilliant! As a good cause, Kaz laminated our items as a goodwill gesture towards the charity.
