Visited yesterday for the first time. Received a really warm welcome with no pressure to buy. The item was stocked at another branch, so we ordered and left contact details. Less than 24hrs later we received a call saying the item was ready for collection. Excellent service, will definitely return, and recommend. Thanks guys,(apologies for not having any names)

I needed a replacement valve to repair my leaking mixer taps in the kitchen. I visited and was served by Nathan who searched for one as mine was an awkward size. He found the equivalent which works perfectly. Would definitely recommend.
