Can’t fault them,upgraded my hot tub due my original one being damaged at no extra charge.The delivery guys,Aden and Tom went above and beyond to get the hot tub into position,a proper effort!

Had a Barcelona hot tub delivered last week for Luso Spas. Kyle and his workmate (sorry, forgot your name) were so helpful in getting my tub up and running.Good comms all the way through from point of purchase to installation and set up.Would recommend.

I cannot recommend Luso Spas highly enough. From the point of sale, through to installation and on to after sales support, Jay and the team have been superb.Purchasing was really easy with a wide range and clear availability dates. The installation team were fantastic, arrived on time got on with the install very quickly, very knowledgeable about their products and gave a thorough handover.The after sales response to any questions has been impeccable.All companies should be this good.

Had these guys pick up a hot tub for me and deliver it , fantastic service and took very good care of the tub. On delivery it had to be hiabed over corner of the garage which the lads did effortlessly then took the time to place into the position we set up.I would definitely recommend these to relocate your tub and id definitely buy a new one from here.

Had my Original Luso Spa 3000 Plug and Play which I bought 3 years ago. Decided to upgrade to The New Hercules Self Clean. Spoke to Jay who was extremely helpful and we came to agreement and date to replace.I had been very happy with my original spa and the few issues I had over the past years had been dealt with extremely efficiently. This why I had no hesitation on using Luso again.On the day of delivery the guys were brilliant and efficient and help move the old spa and place the new one in position and commision. When they unpacked i was shocked at the massive improvement in the quality from my previous model and to say that I was impressed is a massive understatement.I have told a number of people who are thinking of purchasing a spa and have no doubt that I would recommend Luso Spa's every time.Thank you once again for all your help in making my purchase experience painless!!

Top quality hot tub, and superb service! Bought a pre-owned hot tub from Luso and couldn't be happier with the whole experience. The hot tub came in mint condition and the team were great at lifting it over our garden wall and positioning it in the garden. I struggled in the first few days working out how to use it, but they were super responsive even sending someone down the next day to check out the lights for me. Fantastic service, would highly recommend!!
