A really excellent experience with Faith - and I'll be using her company's services again in future for sure.As a director of a small limited company, I struggle to understand the tax system enough to know if I'm making the right decisions at each step. Faith has a clear, organised way of explaining each aspect, that is not too detail-heavy but also it is detailed enough for me to learn and understand. She's also very upfront about her charges, which are reasonable, and she gives me the client ongoing personal attention and is readily available. (The fact that she doesn't palm me off to a bot or a junior employee, like so many other companies do, means a lot to me).
