I really enjoyed baby massage and then on to wrigglers. Hayley is the most approachable and friendly person who makes the sessions so fun and relaxed. I’ve made some lovely friends at the group as the sessions are so laid back. Hayley is so open and I felt I could open up to her about my personal experiences. Thank you so much for the lovely classes you do and the great support you have been. I still do the actions and songs with my little one at home now and she smiles like mad! Xxx

What can I say, Hayley is the perfect person to teach you everything you need to know about labour and birth. I went to the classes with very little knowledge and very few tools to help me get through my labour and I can away with a wealth of understanding and some amazing tips from Hayley to make labour a positive experience. Hayley also makes the classes so fun and relaxing. I would wholeheartedly recommend Hayley’s classes to anyone!

I have done several classes with Hayley, starting with a tinies class. I enjoyed so much I did it twice and then moved to a wrigglers class. The classes are warm and welcoming, and set you at ease- not easy to do with a group of new mums with unpredictable babies. The environment created is comfortable, Hayley is friendly and the classes are informative and a good chance to get out of the house with baby.

Finding out I was pregnant with twins, I was naturally quite nervous about the birth and what could/would happen. I signed up to Hayley’s classes to exercise and find out about labour, in a friendly and relaxed environment. I loved the classes and made new friends that I still keep in contact with, now our little ones have arrived. I found out so much information about labour (I thought I knew quite a lot, how wrong was I!) and loads of great exercises and birthing techniques.My labour was anything but straightforward, but I was able to stay calm and make decisions based on a sound understanding of what was going on. It gave me the confidence to make the right choices for me and go for a vaginal birth; which I managed...for one anyway!My husband and I also attended parenting classes with Hayley. These were invaluable when it came to my labour. Rick knew what I needed and had far less surprises on the day and after the birth!!I’ve also attended the Tinies classes with our beautiful daughters and hope to join Wrigglers classes next term.We can’t thank you enough Hayley, for helping ensure our daughters arrived safely and for helping me make new friends :)

Absolutely brilliant baby massage class Hayley is so personable and you can tell she really cares about what she does. Would thoroughly recommend to any new Mums.
