Efficient informative helpful friendly caringI have been a customer of Boots Options here in Canterbury since 1993 and never changed or ever regret it always happy to recommend to Friends and family alike always buy my glasses from Boots as well as having my eye tests at this branch feel over the yrs they have looked after me l am now 78 yrs old will l hope continue for many years yet

The optician suggested since the deal was 2nd pair half price, 3rd free, I get two slightly different reading glasses to cover both online viewing and print viewing. They are very very slightly different.

The optician who tested my eyes (for glasses and eye health) was exceptionally knowledgeable and personable. Absolutely excellent.The optician who gave me a contact lens check was also very good and extremely helpful.I am totally satisfied with my eye tests at Boots Opticians Canterbury.

I found two members of staff that I deal with extremely impressive.They were patient and understanding and nothing was too much trouble and considering I was backwards and forwards for several weeks, they certainly went above and beyond to ensure that I did not feel embarrassed and impress upon me that everything was normal.

How many times are necessary to remind a person of their eye test appt.?I was text 4 times and then a phone call as a reminder!Seemed to be so many staff around when I attended, it's a pity some are not employed on the medicine counter as there is always a queue or not staffed!

From the first receptionist interaction to the actual optician I was made to feel welcomed and dealt with in the most professional way. A very light airy bright surrounding helped too. Cannot recommend this particular branch highly enough.
