It’s been more than four months since I last visited this McDonald’s and I’ve decided that never again will I purchase anything from them ever again . Even if the kids are begging me I’m not going to do it.Have to do drive through as only me in the car with one child and didn’t want to get her out . Order handed over and just as I’m about to leave the car park the 6 year old says …..the order is always wrong from here ….so I check and low and behold the 6 year old is correct , stuff missing .Now if a 6 yr old remembers that the order is always wrong surely the volume of people complaining the order is wrong would trigger something with the management …..After parking up and walking in and explaining I’ve just received half my order via drive through I’m met with a young person who appears to look at me as if to say ….So !Im asked by the young person what I want and my reply was simply just a complete order , suddenly a manger springs into action and tells the young person what to give me ….honestly it is a shambles .Meanwhile whilst I’m waiting for the rest of my order the deliveries orders are just stacking up and being placed on the side waiting for the drivers to collect ….Never will I go back here again .

Well it's about 6 years since I went so if you go often you'll know that it has changed a lot! Not easy to navigate now and staff expect you to know what to do! Didn't seem the happy place that it used to be. The food was exactly the same though

Ordered a meal for delivery and only received the chips and drink. Rang customer service and I'm getting a refund. I wish you could ring the restaurant and complain and get the burger I should of had delivered as a refund isn't getting to fill my stomach. How is it hard to look in a bag and see a portion of chips and no burger on a meal order and not see an issue.

So we went in after work.It took 20-25 minutes from ordering to get our food. However it was really busy so not bad at all.After getting food we drove home excited to tuck in and they have forgot half of our order!Not very good at all! Check your food before you leave as this happens ALL THE TIME!!!

Ordered via click and collect. Came to car with the wrong items.My order was,Double cheeseburgerHamburger2 cokes1 mcflurryWhat I got was,Double cheeseburgerHamburger1 coke2 mcflurryNow you would have thaught the correct way to fix this would be to bring another coke out, apologize and say you can keep the other mcflurry as it was our mistake but NOWhat happened was a snotty female manager with blonde hair came out and demanded the mcflurry back before I got the coke in her hand!!DisgustingIt only goes in the bin anyway. What a waste

Not normally one to complain but just waited 15 minutes for a breakfast roll meal. Sat down and my order was wrong. Stood at the till for nearly 10 minutes until I stopped and told someone. If it was busy I wouldn't complain but I've been in for a breakfast for nearly 45 minutes

This is more to do with mcdelivery. I placed an order at 18:12 on the app the original delivery time was by 18:50 at 18:35 this was changed to 19:25. So by this time my food was more than likely already made and waiting for collection. My food did arrive however at 19:20 delived by Uber it was stone cold and had to be binned tried calling Uber eats who advised 1 hour and 12 mins is excitable time for delivery so noting would be done. Tried to call McDonald’s Arnison center they didn’t answer there phone that’s a cost of £27 wasted because of McDonald’s making the food and just leaving it to go cold on the side and Uber eats taking so long to collect and deliver the food will never use the mcdeliver service again

Since the refit we’ve tried to go to this restaurant a couple of times to eat in. However, they have significantly reduced the seating so we have been unable to get through the door let alone find a table. This has caused us to go elsewhere for our food and also meant that we have gone elsewhere for our shopping.
