Strathvac Central Vacuum Systems and Laundry Chutes

When my central vacuum system stopped working I discovered 2 things, the first that the brushes should have been replaced a few years ago and secondly that the system had been discontinued and replacement brushes were no longer available. After drawing a blank with the original manufacturer John helped me source new brushes for my system and advised me as to fitting. He is extremely helpful and diligent and i would recommend him without hesitation. We are based near Reading and fortuitously managed to find John by searching the internet. When I come to replace my system I will definitely be calling John. Thank-you

Before I totally renovated my bungalow I had decided to incorporate a Central Vac System, doing my research I found John at Strathvac to be extremly helpful, knowledgable and reasonably priced, during my self installation he helped me considerably in the planning and also with technical assistance, he was also on hand by phone to assist during the installation with myself and my electrician weeks after purchasing my kit. I went for the 1 single outlet with 1 kitchen collector mounted in the plynth, 1 hose 20 meter long was designed to be in the centre of my property to reach every corner of my home when in use, it is super when it retracts into outlet. Both the outlets work perfectly although pulling the hose out for the first meter is a little harder but other than that it is wonderful, my wife likes the way she can just pull out how much hose she needs and use the vacuum, this is very useful as the outlet is in the entrance hall. I would definitely recommend this system and especially Strathvac as a company.

I cant recommend John at Strathvac highly enough. Professional and the best pre and post sales and install care around, which is very rare these days. I absolutely love my vacuum system, its one of the best purchase decisions we made when building our home and John did an amazing job - it wasn't an easy one for him and he had to think creatively and out the box for the install due to the vaulted ceilings, but he found a way and we are delighted.
