We used Window Store for new doors and windows. Their showroom is excellent, great advice and no sales pressure.A date for fitting was set as soon as we placed the order.Kyle and Michael measured up and fitted the doors and windows. They were professional, considerate and tidy.We are delighted with the completed work.

Graeme (Window Store) is absolutely fantastic. I'm over from Australia visiting our friends. My friends mentioned the front door was leaking. We looked up Window Store's details, where the door was purchased from in May 2017, and told Graeme the issue & because I'm a handyman he said to bring in the existing seal and he would see about replacing it.Graeme went to great lengths to locate the seal and even spent the time to explain the best way to fit the new seal. If we continued to have issues with the door leaking after fitting the new seal Graeme said to contact him to book an appointment for him to come and fix the problem.Thank you Graeme (Window Store)

Highly recommended. Amazing service from start to finish. Graeme was great in helping to choose which design of windows and doors is best to go for. The team of joiners (Kyle and Michael) who came out to do the work were also just as friendly and professional all the way through out the process of fitting. The pricing for the quality is miles better than all other competitors I got quoted by, some being nearly double the price. If its a quality, friendly and reliable business you are looking for then look no further.

A massive thank you to Graeme and his team for a job really well done today. We purchased a door from The Window Store 4 years ago and had a cat flap fitted in the bottom panel. Sadly our cat passed away so it was no longer required. I asked Graeme if it was possible to have this replaced ? Within 6 hours of my first contact, the fitters arrived with a replacement panel already cut to the exact size.!!! They also took the time to give the whole door a bit of a service , adjusting the hinges and locking mechanism which makes the operation of the door even smoother than before. Many thanks for a job really well done and with speed unheard of in this day and age!!!Many thanks!Donald Aitken
