This is a long review but worth the read if you're considering going to this studio.I would not recommend this photo studio as the staff as a whole are extremely rude and unprofessional as they chose to charge me an extremely ridiculous amount for a simple picture. First of all I was attracted to the offer of obtaining two pictures for free and then spending 15 pound for an extra print, to only find out that it was in fact a scam as I was informed by organiser that I was only allowed to have one picture for 15 pounds and would have to pay an extra 69 pound for another print. This was extremely unprofessional as it then caused a headache for both me and my family as it was a waste of a trip for us all. Nether-less we chose to get the one print however we were then met by the most rudest unprofessional photographer I have ever encountered in my life. He was extremely bossy and inconsiderate. He spoke in an aggressive manner and would say things such as 'why is your baby looking like that I'm trying to take a picture' he expected a 9 month old baby to stay still and focused for 10 minutes while he attempted to take a decent photo. After the one photo he then said we needed to take another five photos in five different poses which was ridiculous as I had explained to him 10 times that we were only paying for one and didn't have time to stay any longer. He then said that he would get sacked if he didn't do so. I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with the result and wasn't even able to file a complaint as HR didn't answer the phone. The whole experience was a complete joke

Ruined my daughter first Christmas photoshoot because all of them are liars.Let's talk about how the woman and the guy in treaty center are lying people to buy this voucher for £16 with mentioning that you can add Christmas decorations, whatever you want and after that you can choose which picture you want in big size, even that you can take them in digital format all pictures that are taken. Nothing is true. When it comes to collecting the pictures, there is already one in big size that they have chosen no matter what you want '' take it or leave it, no choice of a picture ''.Never ever going there again.The quality of the pictures are good, but why you have to lie people and ruin their expectations for good Christmas pictures, which nothing shows that are for Christmas. Shame..

The people that work for this company needs to be trained , they have poor customer service . I went in there to pick up my pictures. I sat down and was called to view the pictures and choose the one I like, the staff there didn't even give me a 1 minute to have a look and chose as soon as I told my son I didn't have money the man got angry and started packing the pictures because of what I said . This is not how you treat your customers . He should have at least given me a chance to negotiate . I will not advice anyone to use them . They are fraudsters .

Avoid at all cost. Me and my spouse encountered these frauds whilst we were at stratford Mall. They offered a ticket of £5 which was the deposit for the £15 photo which was going to be taken.We visited and found that all the dresses that you could wear were absolutely manky.We had lots of photos taken but we only wanted 1. When I went to collect the photo, the man was absolutely rude. He told me to sit down. Not even offer but literally told me to sit down in a rude manner.When I went up he showed my all the photographs and the one that we get for £15. I wanted to swap another photo instead of the one that they chose for us. But he was extremely rude and said adamantly that we had to take the photo that they had chosen for us.When I had asked politely as to why he just said take it or leave it. I could clearly see that he was only interested in the people that wanted to buy the packages for a ridiculously high price. They were rude to the people that just wanted the one photo.There was another time when I happened to walk past stratford mall again and there was a lady sitting in the same place. I just wanted to ask the price and she was trying to force me to buy a £5 ticket. I told her I just wanted to look and she was like Why do you just want to look?" in an rude tone. I had enough and just walked away and she was like "strange lady"

My appointment was delayed by 1 hour..when it was our turn the photo session didn't last longer than 5 minutes. He took few pictures of kids and solo. I was confused and asked the guy so which picture will we get and he said we chose the best1".."don't worry". Did i hear it right? They chose the best one!? Never had that service before.When I was trying to make my baby smile the guy taking photo said very rudely " don't worry mum..I can do my job..I have done this for 18 years"..emmm hello! No need for that comment!I'm collecting my photo in 2 weeks time and after reading all the reviews I'm not sure what to expect.Brilliant offer (£15) but please guys smile and treat your customers with respect. Thank you"

Wonderful service provided by the team at European Portrait Studios.Great quality photo's, wonderful studio with wide range of photo frames provided on choice. I would definitely recommend anyone to use them when requiring to get their passports photo's or any other type of photo's.People will need to look at the quality of work rather than their price. It is important to look at the quality aspect. There is no other photo studio that can provide the exact same quality, photo's as European Portrait Studios. I will definitely use them again in the future to get my photo's done. Thank you, everyone at European Portrait Studios.

Great service, had recently done my passport photos, loved the quality of the pictures would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to get their photography done. Great customer service received by the staff.They know the work which they deliver.People who are complaining are only concerned about the price and not about the quality of paper or the equipment used.

In July 2018 I only paid £15 for 1 photo, not willing to pay £169.99 for 5 photos. In October, they tried to contact me, I ignored. In July, they said they would destroy the photos if not paid in 2 days. Just wondering, it’s October now and they didn’t destroy them. Liars. On 8 December 2018, they called me again and offered discount. They agreed that I would only pay £85. So, I immediate sent payment online. They said they would post it over, I waited for 2 weeks, nothing! They said it’s Christmas season and is busy. So waited. In January, I called them and spoke with manager and said they do not offer discount as low as that. So i demanded refund. They haven’t posted those pictures any way. Liars! I tried to contact them almost everyday but no response. Still hoping that my £85 be refunded. I work so hard as a working mum and don’t want this money be wasted. I want my money back!!! Do not respond at the buttom and say “we will improve our service!”. You can improve by refunding my money. Otherwise, I will sue you, not a massive amount but will complain because of principle! I have evidence to prove it. I don’t care how much will I pay for the court, but I know I will win and you will pay everything even legal cost back!!! Hoping no more people will be mislead. Scammers!

One of the Best Photo Studios in Town, received a 16x20 Picture worth £130 for just £15, That's AMazing. Thou the rates for additional photographs look a little Pricey, I received pictures in different sizes. So definitely worth the Price. The Icing on the Cream was when i received a Free Digital File on purchasing the entire package. Would recommend to everyone. Just Make sure you read the details on the Voucher, as the Sales Team can use their Sales Tactics. Everything is Transparent on the Voucher.

Please don’t waste your time. Don’t book with them! Ruin my first shoot with my family.Horrible experience unprofessional setting and the assistant was so rude! He did not know how to choose his words when speaking to me. Said how I’ve only come here for the offer of £15. If he didn’t speak to me so rudely I wanted to buy some of the portraits. I wasn’t happy with the main picture and asked as a customer why the same manor wasn’t applied when taking the photo of the the offer portrait. He continued to talk to me in such a low manner told me I didn’t know the ethics of photography.He just spoilt my whole day!
