From my initial email making a general enquirie to our last email Natalie was very responsive and always extremely helpful. Dean carried out a site survey at our house and fully complied to government guidance of the 2 meter social distance rule. They ask us from the outset to allow them Free roam of the house so that it protected them and us during these very uncertain times. Excellent service from Natalie, I was not an easy customer having originally sent a sketch of a drawing that was completely wrong for what I actually wanted. Natalie was great, she explained the situation, got some building advice for me and provided a suitable drawing. I would not hesitate to use Tailored Plans again.
