Coldra Court Hotel

Beautiful hotel, warm welcome, fab room with a VERY comfy bed. Unfortunately no lift to 1st floor but the stairs were easy to manage. I walk with a crutch. Dinner and breakfast were both lovely, hot and filling, service was great. Parking outside with an £8.50 overnight charge. Absolutely no complaints. Will definitely stay there again.

Some of the reception staff indifferent when you walk in.Was expecting a nicer room for the price we payed.Water pressure low in taps and toilet.Didnt change our sheets in the four days we stayed there.Never bothered to wash the cups and spoons in the room.Breakfast could of had more choice .No hash browns or cooked tomatoes.No nuts or seeds for the yogurt.This is a 3 star ,not 4 .

Great place where to stay and to have good rest. Comfortable rooms, excellent bed and pillows. Very clean. Big parking space. Excellent breakfast. Very friendly staff, especially Ines and her team. I would love to be back to the hotel.

Kirsty on reception was absolutely amazing!! She was helpful and friendly and was there from check in to check out.. absolute superstar!!The room was stunning and homely and I literally did not want to leave!!Recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone!! Truly amazing and I am so glad my husband and I got to stay!

The room was very comfortable and the facilities were good. The hotel lobby area had a warm and relaxing atmosphere whilst we were waiting for our table for dinner. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

We stayed between 10-12 of November everything about our stay was perfect everyone was so helpful I would like to mention Ellie on reception for her warm greeting and prompt service she's an asset to your company.I would also like to thank Andy in the restaurant what a lovely person she couldn't do enough to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed she is perfect for front of houseBev&shirl

Very nice hotel. Room was very clean and spacious with plenty of teas, coffees, shampoo and bodywash etc. Breakfast was wonderful - compliments to the chef. Staff were all helpful and friendly. Room was quiet and we slept well.Things to consider -It's a bit of a walk from the car park to the hotel to carry your things which might be difficult if you have a lot of luggage.You need to pay a deposit fee of £50 which has not yet been credited back to my account (not entirely sure what this is for).You need to pay £8.50 for parking.

Warm, clean, friendly staff, relaxing environment, good food ( if a little expensive ), good buffet breakfast and a la cart. Very convenient for ICC. Plenty of on site parking (at additional cost).Check-in and checkout quick and efficient.Bedroom was clean and warmMy only niggle is that the shower was very poor, I almost had to run around to get wet, and the pillows were too soft for my liking with no alternatives.

Not one to leave a review normally but our stay here was superb!All the staff were lovely, very welcoming with a little gift for each of our kids. The room was spotless and very comfy and even had air con. The facilities were great, the pool & the gym were clean and modern. The food was also lovely. Would stay again!

The restaurant has a 1-STAR FOOD HYGIENE RATING! Absolutely disgraceful. The worst “4-star” hotel I’ve ever stayed at. How they managed to achieve four stars is quite frankly laughable. Extremely low hospitality standards, it’s like they have tried to be this bad on purpose. 90% of the serving staff are standoffish, totally incompetent and clearly don’t want to be there. For example, we had a waiter spill a bowl of sauce all over a main course, looked at the plate, but still served it without saying anything. Another waiter spilled an entire pint of beer over a member of our party. After we finished our main courses, all the waiters disappeared and no one came to clear plates, ask about desserts, if we would like another drink, etc. As a hotel, why wouldn’t you want to make more money? Dumb. We complained to a waiter and his reply was “would you like to split the bill four ways”, he honestly didn’t even acknowledge the complaint. Price of drinks and food are a complete rip off when considering the 1 star hygiene and terrible customer service. £8.50 per night for parking is a joke. The size of our room was good, however the beds are uncomfortable. Breakfast was pretty grim. The coffee machine had bean sauce fingerprints all over the screen. Dirty tables. Luke warm food in the buffet. The place is just grotty. My recommendation is to avoid.
