Centred Soul

I attended a craft market organised and held at Centred Soul, Newry. We received a warm welcome, and it was obvious to see the positive community that was thriving in this space. Centred Soul offers various yoga classes, groups for pregnancy, post natal and counselling services. Also the coffee they serve is first class!

Great coffee and a nice relaxing area so you can read or do work. My partner loves the yoga classes and workshops. It's great to see that every penny goes towards a good cause too, nice to have a service like this locally

I have enjoyed both Yin and Flow Yoga classes; Visualisation workshops and Floral Crown making gatherings. It's lovely to have a space locally that is both nourishing and nurturing, to come away feeling part of something, to feel inspired & empowered by other women.

Centred Soul is an amazing space that supports and empowers women. I have availed of a range of services including pregnancy and postnatal yoga, a yin yoga workshop as well as massage and reflexology. I also attended antenatal mother sessions group which gave me the knowledge to feel empowered to make decisions around the birth of my babies. Rosemary's baby massage and baby yoga groups were brilliant, so relaxed and great craic! I met a great group of mums who I am lucky to call friends now! We are so lucky to have this service on our door step.

The pregnancy yoga class at Centred Soul will forever be one of the highlights of my 1st pregnancy. I'm now going to postpartum yoga and loving it. After trying some Yin yoga poses I'm going to sign up to the monthly Yin club. Yoga and cake- that sounds like the perfect evening. Rosemany is the most amazing teacher. Oh and the coffee is unreal here!!!!

Great addition to Newry, fab place to grab a coffee either alone or in a group. Also a nice little shop for a browse for gifts or earth friendly bits and pieces. They are also a fabulous resource for women, particularly those in motherhood with their pre and post natal yoga, baby massage and yoga classes and they offer counselling support and meet ups for mothers who may have suffered some trauma or just need a friendly ear at such a vulnerable time in their life. A great resource and as a social enterprise every penny you spend here goes back to offering these services to those in need. I attended their baby yoga classes in early 2022 with my 4 mth old and the community, craic and the coffee where a life line for me at that time.

I have availed of many services with centred soul - PAILS and counselling after recurrent loss, treatments, moaning mas, pregnancy yoga, birth educational course, arts and craft classes, meditation and baby massage and yoga. I've cried many happy and sad tears there, made great friends and enjoyed some great coffee. A vital service in the Newry area, thanks centred soul a very significant piece of my parenting journey

Love the yoga classes, yin yoga is my favourite! The coffee shop is a real haven and the whole atmosphere welcoming, warm and supportive. Centred soul is unique in the services it offers and the expertise of its staff and volunteers, it really is one of a kind!

The team at have created a lovely community here. I've attended the flower arranging workshops and yoga classes, it’s great that every teacher has their own unique style. There is something for everyone
