Natalie and Danielle were excellent in planning and arranging our wedding day at the Biscuit Factory.Throughout the 18 months between the day we selected the venue to the day we got married, they communicated effectively with us, setting up regular check in meetings, fielding our questions via WhatsApp and email and helping us realise our vision for the day.Natalie always put us at ease, especially whenever she could sense that we were beginning to get a bit anxious about any of the elements, and she always had a solution for our concerns.Danielle was a fantastic host on the day - and we received numerous comments from our guests about how accommodating, thoughtful and organised her and the staff were throughout the day.The venue set-up, table arrangements and food were all as we had envisaged them. Natalie's flowers were a particular highlight of the set up - we loved them!Thanks again to both of you, from Jamie & Beth.

Natalie and the team at Ribbons and Rose blew me away. From the offset I felt comfortable to chat about my likes and dislikes and after one meeting Natalie completely got my style, vision and interpreted it perfectly. She was assertive and encouraged meetings, reminded me of deadlines, checked in with messages and voice notes and was a huge support throughout the whole process. I wanted not only a beautiful wedding but one that felt slick and considered whilst still creating a casual atmosphere and the team totally pulled that off and then some. I’m still getting compliments now on the flowers, styling, food as staff - it was the perfect day.

They really made the venue come together beautifully and their stock of items are lovely. Special thank you for collecting the neon sign from my mum's house when she had accidentally taken it home!

Ribbons and Rose helped organise our wedding at The Biscuit Factory in Leith, and it couldn't have went better. The meetings and discussions before the day were helpful, they were available to speak to when we had questions, and on the day the staff were incredible, sorting everything out and not missing a single detail. A friendly reliable service that covers every detail when it comes to your wedding…taking away the stress from the bride and groom and bringing your ideas and visions to life. I loved the drawings Natalie did in advance to show me how everything would look in our venue ☺️…which was helpful to see. I think having someone be responsible for most of your wedding is a scary thought. I know I was nervous having such strong visions and being a perfectionist that I hadn’t been understood. However Ribbons and Rose made all our wedding visions come to life, and more! From the on the day coordinating, bridal flowers, styling, wedding cake, signage prop hire to all round support on the day. Natalie & Danielle made our wedding dreams a reality. Natalie and Danielle did an incredible job of putting together our wedding - we couldn’t have done it without them.Natalie guided us through the whole process, from first meeting her until the big day. She was both able to put our ideas into practice, but also advise when we weren’t sure what to do.Both of us were very particular about several aspects and she was always so accommodating. They took control of managing all our vendors and also did all our styling and venue set up.Danielle was the on the day coordinator and everything ran without a hitch (as far as we know!). She was also incredible supporting guests who needed a bit more help and kept everything on time and running smoothly.We saved a good deal of money as well from their clever planning. For example, Natalie was able to move our floristry from one venue to the other so we didn’t need to pay twice.We couldn’t imagine the wedding going as well without them, highly recommend.

Natalie and her team created the most beautiful styling at my wedding. She is professional, knowledgeable and highly skilled. Natalie brought all my ideas to life perfectly. Would totally recommend!

We had a great wedding thanks to Natalie and Danielle. Natalie got the vibe we were looking for straight away and took the stress of planning out of our hands! On the day, Danielle made us feel relaxed and kept things running so we didn't have to worry. We had a great day and would absolutely recommend them to anyone!
