Great self defence class. It’s centred around the ‘average’ person having the skills to defend themselves. It’s realistic, and an eye opener to how much physical power you actually have within yourself. Not your average class, amazing confidence builder.

Very approachable instructors and helpful sessions that taught me how to defend myself from a range of attacks like hair grabs, slaps, gropes, chokes, bear hugs etc. I was a complete beginner and they made me feel at ease given I’d never done anything like this before and I’m quite shy. Thanks CATSDG, my best friend and her family now want to do a session as well so I’ve passed them your details.

I have been to 2 sessions with DG, the instructor and have booked another 3 more! He's a knowledgeable, fantastic teacher and super easy to get along with! I have done martial arts in the past but felt no more confident as I did before. However, these techniques seriously work, this is no-nonsense real life self defence. I have already gained so much more confidence in myself and better self-awareness. This is an investment for life. Does not matter what level you are, anybody can learn at these lessons.

Really excellent course. DG is a super teacher and explains things really well. I cannot recommend it enough. I have now signed up for another course as I am so hooked! It is totally empowering and I feel much safer walking around, knowing that I have the basic skills to defend myself.
