Good service, great price, fast response.

Five star service! Rang DK Appliances at 08:45 as our oven stopped working last evening. The engineer said he could come round this morning as he had two calls nearby. He arrived an hour later, the element in the oven had blown. He carries hundreds of parts in his van, he replaced the faulty element with a new one & we have a working oven- happy days!

The most inept outfit I have ever dealt with.The person taking my call needs a lesson in manners.She gave the Engineer the wrong house number and incorrect fault description.The Engineer didn't check my machine at all. Said it was a valve needed and left.An appointment was made.We waited in all day.We rang late in the afternoon asking where he was, only to be told he'd gone to a wrong address in North Norfolk!!!We live near Diss!!!!I'd had enough and got another company to fix it.It was NOT the valve at allSo, never will I deal with this outfit ever againIf I could give less than one star I certainly would.

This is the second time I've used DK appliances and they were great. The lady I spoke to on the phone was lovely and very accommodating and Dean who came to fix my dryer was professional and extremely knowledgeable. Thanks you!!

Terrible experience, never delivered the appliance when specified, argued the delivery date when called, still didn't deliver, then turned up unannounced on a weekend when no one was home . Applicance still not delivered after 2 weeks and we are tired of the excuses . They left our 80yr old mother with no fridge for 2 weeks, we eventually had to go and buy one somewhere else.I strongly recommend avoiding these people at all costs.

Used DK Appliances for the first time and if i could give more stars i would. From the lovely lady that helped me sort a washing machine out and the brilliant man that delivered and installed. All done when they said it would be. Will certainly use again. Thank you so much.
