There are not enough words to say how wonderful Barton Hill Pet Crematorium can help you through the bereavement of a much loved pet. I was worried when our wonderful Cat Mischief's life was coming to an end and that we wanted to take her with us when we eventually move house. Cremation was the only option for us and I was really worried that we if we took her to a Pet Crematorium I wanted to ensure it was Mischief and no other pet that we would bring back. It was a relief to have found Barton Hill and after speaking to Karina I could tell that this was a genuine pet loving crematorium that really do care about your pet and also genuinely sympathise about the lose of a well loved pet. My wife and I visited the premises which is set in lovely countryside with scenic views and could tell instantly that this was the place which fully met our needs.The whole team Karina, Wendy and George make you so welcome and lend a very sympathetic ear and explain in as much detail as you want the process involved. There is nothing to hide you can fully inspect everything if you so wish so you can be confident that your pet is in caring hands. They provide some really nice touches which we did not think of ourselves when you are grieving for your lovely pet. Please be assured that if you, like us, want the very best for your pet at the end of his/hers life, Barton Hill Pet Crematorium comes highly recommended.

Absolutely fantastic service. When our little Elmo passed away we wanted to ensure he had the best, and Barton Hill was without doubt the greatest we could have picked. Karina was so compassionate, professional and caring. I messaged her the day before explaining what i would like and she arranged for me to drop him off to be cremated the following day and rang me a few hours later to be collected. I had some lovely keepsakes including a paw print and keyring with his fur inside. I could not have picked a better place to take him and highly recommend anyone going to Barton Hill when they are faced with the unfortunate predicament of a precious pet passing away. Thank you so much, it really did mean a lot to us and helped hugely ❤️❤️❤️

The grief is still very raw. My beautiful rottie Molly only passed yesterday and was cremated at Barton Hill today. I have to say it was the best thing I could have done for Molly and myself. Karina allowed me much needed time to spend with Molly before she was cremated. I had the chance to say goodbye to her and left her in Karina care knowing she would be cared for right up until the time her ashes were returned to me. What a truly lovely way to say goodbye to my lovely girl. I was given a card and poems which shows the compassion Karina has for the people she meets during this sad time. I highly recommend the service and kindness that is provided at Barton Hill.

We would highly recommend Karina and her services to anyone who loses a pet. She took such great care of our very precious spaniel and her compassion and caring made a very hard day much easier to bear. She collected him for us and worked late into the day so that we could collect his ashes and have him back home the same day. If you love your pet this is the very best place that you can take them.

We recently had our 12 year old Golden Retriever, Maddie, cremated at Barton Hill. We simply wanted to inform other people of the wonderful service we had from George and Karina at this very sad time. They understood completely what the loss of Maddie meant to us and they were so very caring in the way that they dealt with us and Maddie. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who finds themselves in this particularly upsetting situation. The process was carried out very quickly and professionally with some very special little touches. We are very grateful indeed to them.

Losing a pet is never easy.The lovely people at Barton Hill Pet Crematorium do however make an awful time a little easier with their care, respect and understanding.Thank you all for your care of our much loved Penny (the boy) cat.

There really is nowhere else that offers what Barton Hill offers to people who want only the best for their beloved ones. It is truly unique.Karina gladly gives the gifts of her time, understanding, kindness and love. She is a genuine animal lover who offers this service because she truly cares about the respect and dignity offered to our precious ones and their families at this terribly sad time.We called Karina at a very difficult time for her and she was so kind and understanding of our needs, putting her own aside. After our telephone conversation I knew instantly that she was somebody special and that we couldn’t trust our beloved Sophie to anybody else. She went hugely over and above to accommodate us and for that we are eternally grateful.We travelled a 3 hour, 150 mile, round trip to get to Barton Hill and it was more than worth it. We left having made a wonderful new friend who gladly gave her time to get to know us.It is clear that Karina does what she does from a genuine place of love and kindness and we cannot recommend Barton Hill highly enough. It is truly special and completely unique.

Coping with the loss of a beloved pet is never an easy thing and sadly my much loved English Bull Terrier Gary passed away peacefully in January 2018.I wanted him to have an individual cremation and to retain his ashes in a casket to take back home.I contacted Karina at Barton Hill Pet crematorium after looking at their excellent website and seeing the range of products and services they provide.Karina is a lovely lady and carried out the cremation at her beautiful premises on Barton Hill farm so personally and professionally and treated me and my dog with more kindness, compassion and helpfulness than I ever dreamed possible.Thank you so much for everything you did for us... particularly the lovely print you did of Gary's paw - that was so incredibly thoughtful and meant so much.I would recommend Barton Hill Pet Crematorium to anyone .. I only wish I could rate it higher than the 5 stars Google offer.
