Kiddicott Farm Cottages

We've just stayed 5 days at Kiddicott and had an amazing time. The accommodation was spotless/ perfect and we were well situated in the countryside with loads of space for our kids to play safely. Christine is a very friendly host and made us feel welcome and helped us out quickly when we needed it. Great beaches nearby too at Exmouth and Budleigh Salterton. We'll definitely go back next year.

A beautiful stay! We had a quick two-night stay with the extended family in Christine’s new cottage at the farm and had the most wonderful time. The facilities at the house are excellent and the fully equipped ensuite rooms mean we all had our own personal space too. My daughter loved the company of the chickens outside, as well as the two friendly dogs Milo and Jake. Conveniently located off the M5, the farm is also within minutes to a large Tesco and some local farm shops too. We’d love to be back for another staycation soon!

We stayed in Cottage 1 for 7 nights at Easter with 2 adults and 5 children.The photos don't do justice to this cottage.. the owners have done a fantastic job. The cottage is immaculate, modern and everything works.The cottage has everything you need in the kitchen, plus a washing machine and tumble dryer. We also were extremely grateful that the owners had supplied extras such as towels, linen, toilet roll, washing up things, even some washing tablets for the machine. They'd really thought of everything and it made life very easy and relaxing!The children were also allowed to play wherever they liked in the large communal garden and fields, which was great!We were very comfortable staying here and were left to do our own thing, which we appreciated - although we knew Christine and Malcolm were there if we needed anything at all. The owners are friendly and very helpful.The cottage is in a great location, close to pubs and restaurants but also a central point with easy access to lots of South Devon locations on holiday!To find fault with the cottage would be nit picking - it was fantastic and we wouldn't hesitate to come again!Thank you for a really lovely stay and for thinking of absolutely everything a guest could need.

What a find! We stayed at Kiddicott as a family - the kids loved the outdoor space and the accommodation was amazing. The farm is also perfectly suited for plenty of local activities, beautiful beaches etc. Malcom & Christine are the perfect hosts....thank you for a memorable stay.

A lovely place and lovely scenery and nice distance to trips out

Beautiful stay , the cottages were lovely and well decorated, I can honestly say I have never had such a good night's sleep the beds were incredibly comfortable. Many thanks to Malcolm and Christine for being such great hosts .

We spent the past week here with family of 5 - what a fantastic place! Christine and family couldn't have been any more welcoming and helpful during our stay. The cottage has everything anybody could want during a holiday and is situated in a rural & peaceful setting with easy access to Topsham, Exmouth and Exeter. Would highly recommend Kiddicott Farm for anyone wishing to visit the area.
