Was told 2 days ago that my order is being delivered on Friday 1st April between 7am - 2pm.I had to take time off work to be able to be in between that time frame. Come 2pm and still nothing. Contacted the company online and was told we don't give a time frame for that reason ..you said between 7am-2pm..that's a roughTime frame. I had a hospital appointment for 2.45pm which I now have had to cancel which they were not happy about it being short notice. I'm still waiting."

I walked in and the guy didn't greet us or take me seriously as someone who would buy a mattress.I asked loads of questions but he didn't look up from his phone and mostly answered using only one word.I went across the road and bought a mattress from Dreams and I recommend everyone else saves your time and does the same.

It's a small showroom with much fairer prices, the gentleman I spoke to was very friendly and knowledgeable.

I entered the store and wasn’t greeted. I looked around and no one offered to help. Asked questions and had very little answers. When I left there was no goodbye. Very poor.
