Incredible experience this morning when i dropped my car off for a service and needed to rush back for work. Completely expecting to be waiting for the bus in the rain I was so grateful to be offered a lift home. Knaresborough and the Centre principal (Steve R) consistently deliver an excellent and very professional service.Nothing is too much trouble. Communication is proactive, at the right level of detail and timely.I would recommend Steve and his team to anyone. This centre is some distance from where we live, but the service is so good I am more than happy with this compromise.Keep up the good work!!!!!

I was having repeat issues with low tire pressure warning light coming on and off intermittently. Took into Vantage Knaresborough who diagnosed it as being corrosion stopping a proper seal. That was removed and all seemed fine - for about a week, then it started again. Took the car back - the mechanics did a very thorough inspection of all four tires including tire bath. The front desk crew and the mechanics here are great.....their sales staff - that's another story told elsewhere....but this visit was 5 star.

Chose to get my car collected and dropped off. The chap who does the collection and drop off is awesome, really relaxed and handles the complications of where I live with grace. I expected a larger bill this time with my car's age (she's nine now) but I didn't feel like they took advantage of her age at all. She drives beautifully after the service - and, she's lovely and clean!
