The Yoga Loft

The yoga loft is a fabulous yoga studio the owners are really friendly as are everyone in the classes. I love the mixture of classes and instructors and who are encouraging whatever your ability! I’m really looking forward to trying out hot spin.Have really enjoyed the meditation gong baths which have been totally different to anything I’d tried before!

I'm so happy I have access to this amazing studio, from the second of walking in you are made welcome from friendly, professional staff with nothing too much trouble. The studio surroundings are very clean and relaxing with every amenity you could need with changing rooms, showers and lockers. The classes are offered for all levels from beginners to the more experienced wether it's a hot or warm yoga class, hot ballet or meditation which i can totally recommend with Mohan and the amazing kundalini class with Ian. The sound bath was a totally new experience for me and I look forward to every class i attend. Don't miss out , get that class booked on the Mind Body app.

Beautiful, relaxing and peaceful place to be would recommend anyone to pay a visit to if they are wanting to start yoga/relaxation/meditation to find peace within themselves which is something I am trying to do. Thank you for being there xx

From the moment you walk into these beautifully designed studios, you immediately feel completely at ease. The instructors are both friendly and informative and push you to the edge in the nicest way possible. Lindsay and her husband are the consummate hosts and nothing is too much trouble. The studios are immaculately clean and decorated to the highest standard, I was completely new to yoga but now can't wait for my weekly session, keep the fantastic work up guys x

I absolutely love this beautiful family run studio! Amazing variety of classes to suit everyone and with a really strong focus on overall well-being you feel relaxed as soon as you walk through the doors! The instructors are second to none and all have their own unique style yet each know how to give you the perfect workout! Wether you fancy a passive yin practice or a dynamic hot hatha flow you’ll find something to suit. As well as yoga the studio also offers a variety of alternative classes e.g., Hot Spin, Hot Ballet Barre and Hot Pilates. There really is something for everyone. For regular users I can recommend the monthly membership which is great value if you exercise 2/3 times a week.

I have been to yoga loft numerous times now weather it be for hot yoga, palates or spin and all I can say is what a place!!Such a amazing environment which shows from the moment you walk in your made welcome. Unbelievably clean and fresh with excellent staff both on the desk and delivering all the classes. This place is the place to be!!I won’t use another place againExcellent! Professional! Friendly! Clean! Relaxing!

Love, love, love this place. You feel relaxed as soon as you walk in. The owner, Lyndsay, is so friendly and puts you at ease ( I was new to yoga). Rena, the Yin instructor, is also fabulous, her class leaves me feeling so relaxed, it is amazing. Would highly recommend this place!
