Really pleased with my experience at Randox. Very professional, private clinic, and you feel at home in the waiting area. It's a minor detail to compliment on but they have the best coffee machine ever. I accidentally had 3 mochas whilst I was waiting (in an effort to accelerate my urge to go for a pee).Since walking out the clinic, I'm absolutely buzzing, literally doing laps around my apartment hoping for the caffeine to subside.

Booked a COVID-19 PCR test here. The experience was overall positive and satisfying.

Staff at the front was very friendly, (both the asian and white young men forgot the names), very fast, staff who did the swabs was very polite and reassuring. Booked for a express test, got results within 2 hours. Spelling mistake on one of the certificates however called Randox and within 10 minutes call was answered and that was corrected. Very happy overall with service off all staff involved from the front of shop to the back.

As many of you will be looking for reviews wondering if it is worth paying for Randox private service, I’d like to share my experience so others can benefit. Like you I was also looking for reviews to determine if it was worth paying privately for healthcare. I booked the everywoman blood test and paid for a consultation with a GP to discuss the results. In total £300 was spent. My experience was great from when I attended my appointment at Randox to when I spoke with a scientist (free discussion post test results). My discussion with the scientist was great, she explained thoroughly each part of my results, going over the ones where it required attention. She advised what to take moving forward and was able to answer any questions I had. However the consultation which I paid £70 for was in simple terms a waste of money. The GP was very brief with my results, didn’t sound to me like she knew what she was talking about and in fact sounded like a trainee, given her poor responses to my questions. She wasn’t thorough and didn’t even offer any suggestions moving forward in regards to taking supplements / medication. I requested for a refund for my appointment with Randox twice and they failed to give me this, they were extremely unhelpful, rude and inconsiderate. I explained how I felt the free discussion was beneficial to me and the consultation I paid for was pretty much useless, had I known this was the case I wouldn’t have paid this beforehand. Randox were unprofessional and closed my case down. I would recommend NOT booking a consultation and instead taking your results to a free scientist first and then taking it to your GP surgery and not wasting money on these consultations.

Luke who performed the PCR test on me today was ever so gentle and sweet. He made the experience smooth and easy.I also got my results only a few hours after, which is helpful.Thank you Luke :)

My first impression when I walked in was quite good, the staff were very welcoming and asked if I was okay. They had me fill out a few forms and guided me to the correct floor where I had my bloods taken. Sara took my blood test, she was attentive and caring, and had a smile on her face throughout the whole 45 minutes I was there and she was very thorough. She would constantly ask if I was okay, and offered me coffee a few times (best coffee I ever had!). I appreciated how she took the time to take my blood test instead of rushing and made sure I was comfortable. Jo the nurse also came to speak to me about a personal issue, she offered emotional support and reassured me if I ever needed someone to talk to then I could always come and speak to her as she's very well specialised. I appreciate how the whole team worked well together to make sure my physical and mental well-being was good. I would like to give a huge thank you to everyone that was there and I would definitely be returning

I received an excellent service today and would highly recommend. Found the testing centre no problem, greeted by a friendly member of staff Lak. Sharon took my swabs, no discomfort whatsoever. I paid for the 12 hour test results and I received them within 9 hours. 1st class service, thank you

I was seen by Megan for my two blood tests. She was superb - highly professional but also chatty and put me at ease while I was having the bloods taken (I'm a bit of a wimp with needles!)When I first sat down, she asked why I'd decided on the tests and how I would use the results (making a case to my GP), and checked if there was anything she needed to know before taking the bloods, such as small veins, phobia etc. While taking the bloods she explained everything about the process and afterwards gave me in depth information about what to do next.My results are in and now my doctor is taking me seriously. I appreciate I am very privileged to be able to pay for private tests however the whole process was so smooth and clear that I wouldn't hesitate to go back again for further services.Thank you, Megan!

Had a blood test here today, Megan was so kind and professional she answered all my questions and I will really satisfied definitely will come back here in the future
