Had my MOT at Harris Motor Company last Friday. Professional and friendly service, my advisory was explained to me afterwards. I left feeling like a valued customer (they look after you well!). I was confident that my car was well looked after and the staff were fully transparent with me about its general condition (Plenty of garages seem to attempt to rip people off with work they don't need doing). Will continue coming here and I would recommend!

Absolutely exceptional service - even when it's something as simple as changing a punctured tyre.Greeted by a lovely friendly person; quick turnaround; and could not be more accommodating whilst I waited.So often, these small business interactions might feel transactional. This felt like I was a close friend.If I could give 6 stars, I would.

I wanted to get a tyre replaced, however it turned out I had no locking bolt key...they guys said no worries we'll keep the tyre, gave me some advice on what to do/where to go.Rang them up today after receiving the key-they arranged to do it same day and no extra fees. All staff were very friendly and professional-I was even made a cup of coffee because I had to wait! I had a pleasant conversation with Umesh and left with a very good impression of this company and it's staff-I can only recommend!

Had my Volvo XC60 serviced here. From the first contact over the phone with Lauren to meeting the mechanic, the whole experience was brilliant. Friendly and professional service. I am glad I found a reliable and honest local garage. Also when my car broke down (broken alternator belt) and RAC towed it to the garage on Saturday evening, the owner was more than accommodating, and went beyond my expectations especially when he was closed and ready to leave, my car was fixed up when the garage opened on Monday. Absolutely lifesaver. No doubt I will be taking my car there if anything needs doing in the future. And recommending to friends and family.Thank you for a stress free service and your garage is a credit to our local community.
