I have bought three bikes from these chaps and use them regularly for servicing etc. They're absolutely fantastic and bend over backwards for their clients. Super knowledgeable and reliable. Love that they're my local bike shop. If I could give them more than five stars if I would.

One of the best bike shops in London!! They have some brilliant brands, and such a great range for every riding need. They have seriously sorted me out in the past with have great bike servicing and customer care. They are great to chat to and know what’s up in the bike industry latest bikes, and what will fit you. Recently bought an orange stage 6 evo and I a misfit in the mountain bike world and they have helped me find the perfect bike and have no complaints.

I immigrated last year from South Africa and was looking for a shop and group of people I can ride and connect with. I found it at Heales. Great shop, great community of riders and some of the best advice regarding cycling you can find. Bought my bike there and will keep going back in the future. They organise rides all over the place and often ride through Epping forest but also city rides through London. Highly recommended

Great shop. I've been using them for years: always get my bikes serviced there and have bought two bikes from them. Not the closest bike shop to where I live, but I always make the effort to go there because the service is so good.

Having Heales as my local Bike Shop has been great. They've sorted out my Tubeless setup on a couple of my bikes, and I enjoy popping in occasionally to pick up bits and pieces. Would definitely recommend,
