Scruffy Pups Castletown

Third time we've brought Elvis here, been quite happy with first 2 cuts. Today wasn't the standard we expected. Tail not done and uneven in several places. Sorry to write this review as the lady owner is a nice person.

Been to few different groomers and this one is the best by far, the dogs are not locked in a cage for hours on end, the cuts fantastic and they always manage to fit me in when I need the dog groomed. Friendly staff giving good advice. I will not go anywhere else.

Took our baby (6 Yr old cockerpoo) for a groom today,..... we have had groomers in the past, but had a fewbad experiences that i wont go into...... however Michelle and her team were fabulous,they took their time with him, allowed him to get used to them..... he wouldn't let them even stroke him at first, but when I went to pick him up, he was jumping all over like they were his best friends, he was so at ease with them.....and had a lovely groom ( bath, dry, cut and he even let them cut his nails) now Michelle said she wasn't 100% happy with cut but didn't want to keep him on table any longer (he took a lot of coaxing and a tube of liver paste to keep him there) but you know what......I'm over the moon with the cut, and the way they handled him......he will be back for his next pamper session soon.Can't recommend they enough they are brilliant

Had benji in for 1st time today for a full groom was very impressed with the way he has been done would recommend to anyone thinking about using scruffy pups in future

First time with the dog I was nervous. And now I feel silly. My rescue greyhound absolutely loved it there and now feels silky smooth!

I frequently take our Cockapoo Macey to this groomers as they always do a fantastic job- anyone who owns a cockapoo knows they aren’t the easiest when it comes to grooming, brushing etc however saying that our dog has came out looking fantastic as always! Great service and friendly staff. I would highly recommend!

It's the first time I've used scruffy pups and i was happy with the they groomed my dog bit expensive but so is everything else these day's
