Rentokil Pest Control - Aberdeen & Surrounding Areas

I manage a large historic property and I contacted Rentokil Aberdeen earlier in the summer to see if they could deal with some wasp nests which were causing problems for our guests. Matt and Kirsty have done an excellent job, making three visits and disposing of sixteen nests in all, some of which were difficult to access. On each occasion the nests were dealt with either same day or within 24 hours which is impressive as we are a long way out from Aberdeen. Excellent service!

Mice treatment in house 4 years ago and I've been meaning to leave a review since - realised now this would be the easiest way!Signed contract for a years service of treatment for mice. Initially, I had to push to get any sort of initial protection (which we paid for) when I had thought that surely they as professionals would take the lead on in finding solutions. Very disappointing.Then three months after signing the contract for this service, I found out that we were due to be paying 4x what I thought it I had signed up to pay. I felt completely cheated and duped. Salesman's lack of clarity and contract wording were the reasons for this. As soon as I realised, I contacted head office who were unapologetic and we were stuck paying the rest with no leniency or understanding.The experience with the actual technician who visited the property on numerous occasions was very positive, bringing my rating up to 3 stars although I would prefer to leave it lower.Edited: Rentokil ended up arranging for a technician to return to our house for two additional treatments free of charge which I very much appreciated. I contacted Rentokil when our holiday cottage cleaner reported that she discovered ants in the kitchen. The Rentokil agent, Malcolm, altered his schedule and met us at the cottage in less than 24 hours. It was very reassuring to be advised that we did not have an infestation and that the ants had probably been attracted by an opened packet of food that a previous guest had left in a cupboard. The cleaner had already taken sufficient steps to address the problem. This inspection and very helpful advice was given with good grace and completely free of charge. I would not hesitate to call to Rentokil again.
