Northwest Chimney Sweep

Very highly recommended. Turned up on time, parked considerately even though it meant ferrying his equipment up the road, then spent nearly two hours doing an incredibly thorough job. Great to see someone who takes real pride in their work.Left the place spotless and the stove looking good as new. Also, was very careful to maintain social distancing. And on top of all that, was a thoroughly nice bloke.If only all tradesmen were this punctual, capable, thorough, professional and friendly.

I can't praise David and Susan at Northwest Chimney Sweep enough. We have been using them since moving into our mid-terraced Victorian house 5 years ago which had an open fire. When we had a multi-fuel stove installed in another room, we had no hesitation in calling David and Susan to maintain it and to ensure it and the chimney were safe to use.Since then, I have also called on them when I had some difficulty replacing some parts. David and Susan couldn't have been more friendly or helpful, going above and beyond what I would have expected with their advice and guidance.I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone needing a chimney sweep or their stove/fire safely maintaining.

This lovely couple went above and beyond to clean out years of neglect in my chimney! Rectifying another sweeps shoddy work. I now have a completely clean stone chimney - they used the best tools and explained everything - so professional and highly recommended!

I highly recommend Dave of Northwest Chimney Sweep. He always turns up on time and is very thorough. He has been cleaning my chimney since 2015 and I wouldn't use any body else. He also fitted me a new chimney hat a couple of years ago and did a great job. Thanks Dave.

David and Susan were absolutely brilliant- clean, tidy, efficient and really knew what they were doing. My stove looked cleaner than when I first bought it when they had finished. They are really competent and friendly and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

David and Susan are both professional, from my initial enquiry to completing the job. We haven’t had a log burner before ( inherited in a house purchase) but Dave was happy to explain everything to me and left the log burner and fireplace clean and tidy.

Had chimney swept today. On time, very clean professional service. No hesitation in using again in future.
